Please excuse our mess!

The West Ridge team had a bit of excitement earlier today- one of our fire sprinkler pipes burst above our front lobby!

Everyone in the building jumped to help and it really didn't take us too long to clear the standing water out, but there is still much work to come. As I type, Front Range Fire is here to set up the repair of our pipes. And All Phase Restoration is also here assessing the damage and setting up great big dehumidifiers and fans. We are told that these necessary machines are rather noisy so we apologize now for the racket. In the near future, we anticipate walls will need to redone, and tile perhaps replaced. All this leads to moved furniture, dust, and inconvenience. For that, we also apologize.

The fortunate part in all this is that it happened in the front lobby and therefore does not hamper our ability to treat your animal companions. Despite the mess, you will not see any difference in our care.

It is our hope to get all repairs done as quickly as possible, so as to bother our clients and patients as little as possible. In the meantime, we really appreciate your patience and understanding!
