Chicken jerky warning

Once again, the FDA is urging the public NOT to feed their dogs chicken jerky- aka chicken treats, tenders or strips- that have been imported from China. They do not mention any specific brand, but rather state that issues have been reported in more than one country and the common denominator is that they were all manufactured in China. It is a good idea to keep in mind that, due to the $2 trillion worth of imported items that come in to the USA each year, the FDA is only able to test and track a portion of products.
