New Phone System

We are happy to announce a new time saving step for all of our clients. We have installed a new prompting system which will allow you to reach the area of the hospital you need more quickly. This will speed up your boarding reservations, prescription refills and food orders, by allowing you to leave a message more quickly. You can still reach a live person right away by pressing 1 or 0. Thank you for your patience while we iron out the kinks.

The new prompt system:
0 - Emergency
1 - Appointments and to speak to a Client Care Representative
2 - Boarding
3 - Pharmacy
4 - Food Orders
5 - Grooming
6 - Canine Rehabilitation
7 - Accounts Payable & Inventory
8 - Hospital Director
9 - Directions
